We are seeking an experienced cook with expertise in central Vietnamese food preparation and cooking for our restaurant in Vasastan, Stockholm. We are looking for someone who wants to contribute to a great Vietnamese dining experience. An engaged cook with experience in Vietnamese food preparation and cooking, particularly in central Vietnamese cuisine, is important to us, as you will be a key person in maintaining and improving the quality of our dishes. As a cook with us, you are responsible for planning, preparing, and cooking authentic Vietnamese dishes according to our menu and traditions with high quality. You will also participate in developing and contributing to a well-organized and efficient kitchen operation by organizing and leading the daily work in the kitchen. You have good knowledge and experience in preparing and cooking Vietnamese food, including knowledge of traditional cooking techniques and spices. You are creative, ambitious, passionate, and passionate about cooking Vietnamese food with high quality. You take initiative and have an eye for what you need to prioritize, and are thorough and attentive to details to ensure quality and presentation of the food. You have the ability to handle and work in a kitchen with a fast pace and under pressure. You have a sense of quality and know that good food and careful cleaning and good hygiene go hand in hand. You have a positive demeanor and good work ethic and are responsible and willing to collaborate. You ensure good work routines and have a good ability to collaborate effectively with your kitchen team and other restaurant staff. Working hours are distributed across weekdays including evenings and weekends.
