About the Position
As an experienced prosthodontist/denture technician, you are responsible for independently planning, designing, manufacturing, and quality assuring advanced prosthodontic and denture work. The role involves overall responsibility from incoming work to finished construction.
Responsibilities
Independent handling of the entire prosthodontic/denture workflow
Design and development of stable and functional prosthodontic solutions
Advanced acrylic work and adaptation to existing fixed constructions
Final assembly, adjustment, and functional inspection
Assessment of bite relationships and occlusion
Advanced tooth arrangement and individualization
Identify and manage technical risks at an early stage
Address deviations, complaints, and rework
Make independent technical decisions in complex cases
Serve as a technical sounding board for difficult or unclear orders
Ensure final results and quality before delivery
Qualifications
Dental technician diploma
Minimum 10 years of documented experience in prosthodontic work
Very good knowledge of acrylic and plaster materials
Deep knowledge of bite relationships and occlusion
Very strong ability to work independently and make technical decisions
Documented experience with complex and individual cases
