Experienced IT Procurement Specialist for Assignment with One of Our Clients

Now we are seeking an ILS engineer for an assignment with one of our clients. You will be employed by Genero but will work on-site at the client. The assignment runs for one year with good opportunities for extension. You will work full-time 40 hours per week with the possibility to work remotely part of the time and part of the time at the client's office on Kungsholmen in Stockholm. The assignment consists of independently managing and driving procurement processes in various areas, primarily IT procurement and procurement according to LUF/LOU/LUK. Where applicable, conducting renewed competitive tendering of existing framework agreements. As a procurement specialist, you are responsible for leading the procurement process. You take responsibility for creating a favorable business arrangement and ensuring the procurement is designed so that established goals regarding time, scope, and quality are achieved. Mandatory requirements for the position: At least nine (9) years of work experience as a public sector procurement specialist with very good knowledge of procurement legislation according to LOU and LUF. Have completed at least five (5) IT procurements, from needs analysis and development of procurement documents to award decision and contract signing ("from start to finish"). Post-secondary education in purchasing and procurement, law, economics, or other education relevant to the assignment. Does this sound like an assignment that could suit you?
