You are a vital cog that creates seamless technical processes and ensures that technology works hand in hand. We are looking for someone who has:
Relevant upper secondary education
1-3 years of experience as an IT technician
Knowledge of ticket management systems
Comprehensive knowledge of computers, peripherals, operating systems, networks, and information security
Knowledge of Microsoft Office or equivalent
Very good command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
