Experienced HR Specialist in Employment Law and Workplace Environment at JAG Personlig
Do you want to make a real difference – every day? At JAG Personlig Assistans, we work toward a society where people with extensive disabilities can live life on their own terms. As a mission-driven, not-for-profit organization, we are driven by the conviction that all people have the right to self-determination, participation, and freedom. We are now seeking an experienced HR specialist who wants to help create the best conditions for our team leaders, clients, and over 4,000 personal assistants throughout the country. This is a role for someone who wants to combine strong social commitment with qualified HR work close to operations. About the Role As an HR specialist, you will be an important part of our dedicated HR team in central Stockholm. You will serve as qualified support to the team leaders who manage our personal assistants and contribute with both advice and action on matters relating to employees, employment law, and workplace environment. The role is broad and operationally focused with particular emphasis on employment law issues, union negotiations, rehabilitation matters, and complex personnel cases. You will support operations throughout the entire process – from preventive work to handling situations that require both experience, integrity, and sound judgment. The position also includes responsibility for workplace environment matters, incidents, work-related injuries, contact with the Swedish Work Environment Authority, and participation in safety committee work. You will also contribute to salary review processes and provide support on collective agreements and the specific conditions that apply within personal assistance and LSS activities. Since we work in a digital environment, we would appreciate your interest in system support, efficient working methods, and how technology can be used to develop HR work. The position is primarily operational, but we are looking for someone who can take a broader view, identify patterns, and drive improvements. We therefore believe you are equally comfortable solving today's challenges as you are leading larger development and change projects that strengthen operations over time. Who Are You? We are looking for someone with several years of experience in qualified HR work and who is particularly comfortable with employment law, collective agreements within the disability sector, and union negotiations. You have successfully handled complex personnel matters, rehabilitation processes, and workplace environment issues and are accustomed to supporting managers in situations that require both professionalism and sound judgment. You have a good understanding of how operations needs, legal requirements, and union relations work together. Experience from personal assistance, LSS activities, or other labor-intensive sectors is an advantage, as is knowledge of the collective agreements that govern the field. As a person, you are confident, service-oriented, and solution-focused. You combine strategic perspective with strong operational drive and thrive in a role where you can turn ideas into concrete results. Above all, we are looking for an experienced HR professional who, with knowledge, integrity, and action-oriented approach, can be a natural support for both operations and management. Why Choose JAG With us, you get the opportunity to work in an organization where our values permeate daily work and where your efforts have a direct impact on people's lives.
