We provide services under the LSS (Act Concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments) to people with extensive and complex support needs, with a particular focus on adaptations related to communication and environment. About the HR Function As an HR partner, you will be based in Nyköping and become part of the regional operations support for Södermanland. We work in a decentralized HR organization with close ties to operations, where you have a central role in supporting unit managers in daily HR work. In Nyköping, this includes three units and a daily activity where you provide close HR support in both operational and more strategic matters. The regional operations support is divided into two geographical teams that work closely together across regional boundaries. In Östergötland, there are two HR partners and two staffing administrators. In Södermanland, you will work as an HR partner together with a staffing administrator. Additionally, there is an administrator who supports both regions. Operations are led by a senior HR partner who is the head of the unit, who together with others in the organization is responsible for creating common direction, high quality and coordinated operations support. The work is characterized by close collaboration, shared responsibility and a clear focus on development and operational benefit. About the Role As an HR partner, you have an important role in driving, developing and ensuring quality in the company's HR processes and strategies, for both current and future needs. Your main tasks will include: · Actively work in the recruitment process as the region is in a growth phase and has a continuous need to attract, recruit and introduce new employees. · Develop and follow up policies, guidelines and HR processes in areas such as working environment and rehabilitation. · Serve as qualified support and advisor in complex personnel matters, and contribute with training and decision-making materials for managers and leadership. · Handle personnel administration tasks such as employment contracts, statistics, case management and employment law monitoring. · Drive and participate in development and improvement work within HR with a focus on effective processes, structures and working methods for the entire operation. · Monitor external developments and keep yourself updated within the HR field About You We are looking for someone with an academic degree in human resources, behavioral science or other relevant education. You have several years of experience in broad and qualified HR work. You have a strong customer focus and always put the operation's needs first. You enjoy working independently while collaborating closely with managers and colleagues. You take responsibility for your tasks and plan, organize and prioritize your work in an efficient and structured manner. You are accustomed to delivering results with high quality and contributing to creating trust, commitment and development throughout the organization. Collaboration is obvious to you and you are an active part of creating an inclusive and positive working environment. You have very good ability to express yourself in Swedish both orally and in writing and enjoy communicating in different contexts. A driver's license for a private car is a requirement, as the role involves assignments in both Östergötland and Södermanland.
