Our client MediCarrier is now seeking an experienced HR partner with an immediate start and a minimum of 6 months ahead! MediCarrier AB is Region Stockholm's logistics and transport company. The company distributes healthcare and consumables articles and provides transport services to operations within Region Stockholm About the Assignment đ Location: Stockholm, Lunda industrial area in SpĂ„nga with excellent commute options đŒ Assignment Period: Immediate start and minimum 6 months ahead, with opportunity for extension and possibility of employment after the assignment period đ Scope: Full-time (39.5 h/week) Monday-Friday, flexible working hours and opportunity for remote work (by agreement) đ Security Clearance: Background check and security interview conducted before assignment start In your role as HR Partner, you will primarily serve as management support for some of MediCarrier's 25 managers. You will contribute to the company's ability to handle employer-related matters professionally and credibly alongside three other colleagues on the HR staff. You report to the HR Manager. The company is facing new challenges and a major development journey, including developing supply readiness across all of Region Stockholm. HR will help support the change journey across all employer areas. Your Responsibilities Systematic work environment efforts in close collaboration with managers. Both taking initiative and supporting managers on these issues. Recruitment/Staffing Wage formation and competency supply issues Some work takes place in the payroll system, in collaboration with Payroll Support Monitoring statistics in the client's decision support system (for example Stratsys for work environment reporting and the IA system for deviation reporting within work environment, among others.) Your Qualifications Relevant academic degree, preferably in HR or behavioral sciences Good knowledge of labor law and collective agreements High digital proficiency and mastery of the Microsoft Office suite You can easily express yourself in writing, for example proposals for guidelines, PowerPoint materials, and texts for Intranet Several years of experience as an HR Partner/equivalent and in management support Experience working independently with work environment efforts, recruitment/staffing, rehabilitation and terminations, statistics and wage formation, as well as competency supply and development issues Experience handling MBL and LAS matters Fluent in Swedish, spoken and written As a person, we would like you to be development-oriented, unpretentious, and open.
