ABOUT THE ROLE: Sysarb is in its strongest growth phase yet, driven by the EU's Pay Transparency Directive and growing demand from 600+ customers in 60+ countries. Their platform is used by over 30,000 users annually to make decisions about transparent and equitable salaries. They're looking for a frontend developer who doesn't just know Vue and TypeScript – but who has embraced modern ways of working and builds with agents, Claude Code, and AI-augmented workflows as a natural part of their toolkit. You'll join a tech team of 16 people: 5 frontend developers, 5 backend/full-stack, 1 backend, 2 QA, 2 DevOps, and 1 data scientist. They roll out new features in continuous releases and actively experiment with agent structures in the product. As part of the frontend team, you'll work hands-on daily developing, testing, and delivering functionality. You'll also contribute to how the team leverages AI-based tools to work more efficiently without compromising quality. This isn't a role where you receive tickets. It's a role for someone who has opinions about what's best for the end user – and shares them. Main responsibilities: Daily hands-on coding in Vue and TypeScript – building and releasing new functionality in continuous versions Work closely with design and product to iterate on the design system and ensure a scalable user experience Help shape Sysarb's AI strategy – how can the platform become smarter and more agent-driven? Integrate AI-driven insights and visualizations into the user interface Actively participate in technical discussions and architectural decisions within an engaged team WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO: Has a clear coding history in frontend (Vue, React, TypeScript) and can demonstrate that you understand the craft in depth – component architecture, state management, performance, accessibility Has actively shifted toward agentic coding and uses Claude Code, Cursor, or similar as your primary development environment – not as a supplement but as your working method Has a genuine eye for UI and UX. You enjoy it when an interaction feels right, and you get frustrated when it doesn't Is comfortable with iterative, agile delivery at a fast pace – you prefer to ship, measure, and iterate rather than over-specify Meritorious if you have: Built your own tools or agents to accelerate your own work Experience with design systems at the component level Worked with complex B2B SaaS products We're looking for someone with a few years of professional frontend development experience who feels confident independently taking features from idea to finished solution. You don't need to be an architect or have held a formal senior role, but you've built and evolved production applications and can reason through your technical choices. Above all, you love programming and want to stay close to the code.
