Submit staffing & recruitment is now seeking several fish filleters for our partner in Stockholm. About the Job Our work partner is a leading supplier in the sushi industry and prepares and delivers products to sushi restaurants throughout Sweden. We are looking for a fish filleter who wants to be part of the operation and work with the preparation and handling of fresh fish. The filleting station is the heart of the company. You will work in production in a cool environment. Your main responsibilities will consist of filleting fish and preparing products for delivery to customers. Profile: We are looking for someone who: Has a good ability to take own initiative Enjoyed repetitive and routine work Is flexible and adaptable Is stress-resistant and can work at a fast pace Is thorough and takes work seriously Can handle fresh fish and the odors that come with it Requirements: Swedish or English spoken Good experience working with a knife in a professional setting (for example, as a chef or in the food industry) Previous experience with similar work in fish or food production Location: Tyresö, Stockholm Start: Immediate Salary: According to collective agreement Working hours: 05:00 - 14:00 About Us: We at Submit are characterized by genuine commitment and always strive to create the most favorable conditions.
