Experienced Construction Project Manager for Growing Construction Company
About the position Our client, a growing construction company with offices in Gothenburg, is now seeking an experienced construction project manager with broad expertise. Working in close collaboration with the CEO, you will be a cohesive link between all parties involved in the projects. The company works with projects in the range of 75–500 MSEK, and it is crucial that you can manage multiple projects in parallel. As a construction project manager, you are responsible for project engineering, finance, procurement, and budgeting. You will have a central role in project forecasting work. About you We are looking for someone who has: Building technology education. Several years of experience in a similar position. Very good skills in Swedish, both spoken and written. Good experience in project engineering, finance, procurement, and budgeting. Good skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience working in project planning systems and business systems. Ability to manage and analyze project forecasts and financial follow-ups. As a person, you are analytical, driven, structured, and thorough. You thrive working both independently and as part of a team, and you have a strong ability to drive projects forward toward set goals and deadlines. We value your personal qualities highly and are looking for a humble and engaged person. In your role as a construction project manager, you are a good role model and work in line with the company's values.
