About the Position Our client, a growing construction company with an office in Gothenburg, is now seeking a construction manager with broad expertise and experience. Working closely with the CEO, you will be a cohesive link between all parties involved in the projects. The company works with construction contracts in the range of 75–500 MSEK, and it is crucial that you can manage multiple projects in parallel. As a construction manager, you are responsible for design, budget, procurement, and estimation. You will have a central role in the projects' forecasting work. About You We are looking for someone who has: Construction engineering education. Several years of experience in a similar position. Very good skills in Swedish, both spoken and written. Good experience in design, budget, procurement, and estimation. Good knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience working in project planning systems and business systems. Ability to handle and analyze project forecasts and financial follow-ups. As a person, you are analytical, driven, structured, and meticulous. You enjoy working both independently and in teams, and you have a strong ability to drive projects forward toward set goals and deadlines.
