Experienced CNC Operator for Our Production

We are now seeking a dedicated and responsible CNC operator to join our team. With us, you will have the opportunity to work with advanced machining in plastic composites alongside skilled colleagues. The work is varied, including assembly and other tasks in addition to CNC operations. As a CNC operator with us, you will: Operate and monitor CNC-controlled machines Set up, rig, and adjust machines Read and interpret drawings and work instructions Perform quality inspections and measure parts Contribute to organization, safety, and improvement efforts in production We are looking for you who Have experience with CNC machining, preferably turning or milling Can read technical drawings Have good knowledge of measurement techniques Are thorough, quality-conscious, and responsible Have good collaboration skills but can also work independently Take initiative and want to develop your work methods to streamline production Are flexible and can help in other areas of the factory when needed Have an eye for what needs to be done Are technically interested and solution-focused Meritorious Experience with CAD/CAM programming and machine setup Forklift certification and/or overhead crane certification Education in mechanical engineering or similar Do not wait until the last application deadline, as we will hire as soon as we find the "right" person
