We at Mönsterås Wood Details AB are now looking for an experienced NC operator. Our primary focus is to support our production on the solid side (solid wood). You are skilled and have experience that enables you to master the NC machine from day one. You can read and understand drawings, and you can program. In this role, you should also be able to train new and young employees. A certain leadership role on the production floor is relevant, so it is important that you feel comfortable with delegation and being the one who leads and drives the solid wood side with the help of the production manager. It is also important that you are in good physical condition, as there are some heavy lifts involved. It is also important that you handle stress and co-workers in a respectful way. We would like to see that you are structured and organized, as well as driven and willing to create a better work environment and work with lean, improvements, and 5S.
