We are now seeking an experienced Construction and Project Manager who wants to drive our clients' projects from concept to completed building. Here you will have a central role where you combine technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership in varied and developmental assignments. About the Role As Construction and Project Manager, you are responsible for leading and coordinating projects throughout the construction process. You work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities to ensure quality, budget, and schedule. Your responsibilities include, among others: Project management and construction supervision Design phase management Inspection assignments Assignments as control responsible according to PBL Technical and financial analyses Local planning and maintenance planning Development of request for proposal documents Coordination of the project's various stakeholders Monitoring of budget, quality, and schedule About You We are looking for someone with solid experience from the construction industry who thrives in a role where you take responsibility, create structure, and build long-term relationships. We believe you have: At least 10 years of experience from the construction industry At least 3 years of experience in construction and project management Good knowledge of the various stages of the construction process Experience leading and coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing Class B driver's license It is meritorious if you also have: Experience as control responsible according to PBL Experience with inspection assignments Certification as control responsible Experience from consulting or client organization You are a confident and self-directed person who enjoys taking initiative and driving work forward. At the same time, you are responsive and have an easy way of building trust with both customers and colleagues.
