Experienced Bartender Wanted Full-Time – Brother Tuck, Södermalm Brother Tuck at Götgatan 85 is a well-established and popular pub in Södermalm with a fast pace, personal service, and a strong focus on beer. We have over 20 different beers on tap and many regular customers. We are now looking for an experienced bartender on a full-time basis who wants to become a long-term part of our team. About the Position This is a job for someone who is already confident and experienced behind the bar. The pace here can be very high at times, especially in the evenings and on weekends. You need to be able to handle multiple orders simultaneously, work quickly and methodically, and at the same time provide guests with professional and personal service. We're not just looking for someone who can serve – we're looking for a person who takes responsibility, sees what needs to be done, and contributes to the entire operation running smoothly during their shift. Important Information About Working Hours This position involves regular late evenings and night shifts. On Fridays and Saturdays, we work until 03:00, and you need to be comfortable regularly working these late shifts. On other evenings, work typically continues until around 01:00. It is therefore important that you can work full shifts and can get home after your night shift ends. We Are Looking for Someone Who Has at least 3 years of documented experience as a bartender, preferably from a busy pub or bar. Is fast, self-directed, and stress-resistant and maintains control even when the bar is full. Has good experience with draft beer and can pour beer quickly and correctly even under high pressure. Has a genuine interest in service, beer, and pub operations. Is reliable and punctual and takes responsibility for both your own work and the team around you. Takes own initiative and sees what needs to be done without being told. Understands that good service is about more than taking an order – our guests should feel seen and welcome. Speaks Swedish or English fluently. Can and wants to work evenings, weekends, and regularly until 03:00. Meritorious Experience Several years of experience from a pub with high guest volume. Good knowledge of different beer styles and draft beer. Experience with table service and POS systems. Previous experience taking responsibility for a shift or leading others. We Offer Full-time employment. Salary 170–180 kr/hour as a starting point, depending on experience and qualifications. For the right person, there is opportunity for higher salary.
