Your MissionAs Production Manager, you have overall responsibility for our production organization, which includes atomization, compaction, ingot line, rolling, finishing, and shipping. Operations are conducted at both Söderfors and Långshyttan, which requires flexible but present, visible, and unifying leadership. This role is about more than ensuring stable and efficient production. You become the hub that holds the operation together, creates alignment between departments, and drives development forward together with your department managers and other functions. By building strong collaborations and creating clear conditions, you help the organization achieve its goals in safety, quality, delivery, capacity, and cost. You lead through your direct reporting department managers, participate in the operational management team, and actively contribute to developing our factories in line with Erasteel's long-term strategy. Your Main Areas of Responsibility Lead, Coordinate, and Develop Create direction, engagement, and a common approach within the production organization Coach and develop your direct reporting department managers Ensure that production functions as a cohesive whole, even across geographical and functional boundaries Build strong collaborations between production, maintenance, quality, material handling, process development, and projects Drive the Operation Forward Ensure safe, stable, and efficient production with the right quality and delivery capability Set goals, monitor results, and translate analyses into concrete improvement measures Drive change and improvement work focused on efficiency, flexibility, and long-term development Initiate, prioritize, and participate in investment, development, and improvement projects Take Responsibility for Results and Culture Ensure that operations are conducted according to budget, operational plan, and established goals Responsible for work environment, safety, environment, and regulatory compliance across the entire production organization Be a clear role model and contribute to a culture characterized by collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement Ensure long-term competence supply and development of both leaders and employees Who Are You?We are looking for you – a confident and clear leader with the ability to deliver results through others.
