You will become part of our procurement unit consisting of 18 dedicated employees divided into two groups. In your role as a procurement manager, you report to the group manager and work closely with knowledgeable colleagues in an operation characterized by collaboration, development, and a strong focus on business practices. Here you will have significant responsibility, good opportunities for development, and a chance to contribute to some of the municipality's most important investments in construction, infrastructure, and public outdoor environments. Your Assignment As a contract procurement manager, you are responsible for planning, leading, and executing contract procurements according to LOU/LUF. You drive the entire process, from needs analysis and market dialogue to procurement, contract signing, and follow-up. You work closely with ordering departments and technical specialists and serve as business support throughout the procurement process. Through your work, you contribute to well-executed deals that create value for the municipality and its residents. Is This You? At the same time, you are confident in your expertise and dare to challenge, influence, and drive issues forward when needed. Your Experience 1 to 3 years of experience with public procurement according to LOU in the contract area Experience independently managing procurements through the entire procurement process Good knowledge of contract law, AMA AF, and AB/ABT Post-secondary education in procurement, law, engineering, economics, or equivalent Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing Meritorious Experience with category management We Offer A varied and responsible assignment with opportunities for skills development.
