Your Main Responsibilities Financial monitoring and forecasting Management of change order work and contractual matters Planning of time, resources, and production methods Review of drawings, technical descriptions, and specification documents Procurement and negotiations About You We are looking for someone with several years of experience as a construction engineer, project manager, or similar role within construction or infrastructure. You have solid knowledge of construction law, planning, and project economics, as well as contract administration. You have good social skills, are engaged, communicative, analytical, solution-oriented, and thorough. Qualifications Relevant education in construction or infrastructure. Experience with cost estimation, project management, or construction law. Good knowledge of AB/ABT, AMA standards. Ability to read and understand technical documentation in Swedish.
