We are looking for someone who wants to step in during the final phase of an ongoing project and help ensure that everything is in place for the final inspection. The assignment is perfect for you if you have experience as a Construction Manager or Site Manager and thrive in a role where structure, responsibility, and personal drive are in focus. You can either take the assignment as a subcontractor or be employed by Prowork and assigned to our client. About the assignment: Location: Gothenburg Start: End of September 2026 Duration: Approximately 4–5 months The assignment is linked to Eriksboskolan in Gothenburg and involves you joining during the project's final phase. Your main focus will be to systematically review different parts of the project and ensure that surfaces, work, and documentation are ready for final inspection. You will, among other things: Systematically and carefully review the project's spaces. Ensure that work is completed before final inspection. Follow up that subcontractors and installers have completed their work. Coordinate with subcontractors and installers regarding remaining work. Ensure that required documentation and materials arrive on time. Identify minor defects and damage and, where possible, address simple issues yourself. Document and follow up on remaining items until completion. Be an independent and driving part of the project organization during the project's final phase. Who are we looking for? We believe you have experience from the construction industry and have worked in a role as a Construction Manager or Site Manager. The most important thing is not the exact title, but that you understand construction production and know what it takes to bring a project to completion. As a person, you are: Structured and meticulous – you stay on top of details and don't lose track of follow-ups. Administrative – you are accustomed to documenting, following up, and ensuring that the right materials are in place. Independent and take initiative – you see what needs to be done and take action. Communicative and clear – you have no problem following up and making demands on subcontractors and installers. Practically inclined – you can handle simple measures and minor damage yourself when needed.
