Main responsibilities
Administer personnel
Support the squadron staff with administrative tasks
Prepare meetings and keep minutes.
The role of unit administrator is new to us, which provides a great opportunity for you to participate in developing and establishing the unit's administrative procedures.

Requirements
Category B driving license
Swedish citizenship
No or mild fur allergy manageable with medication
Good physical health
Good knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Can express yourself well in writing in Swedish and English
Meritorious qualifications
Previous experience with administrative work within the Swedish Armed Forces
Previous experience as a unit administrator or executive assistant
Completed and passed military basic training
