About the Job Would you like to lead and develop the future of care and housing facilities? We are now recruiting five new manager colleagues for the Central and Northeast city districts. As a unit manager, you will have personnel responsibility for approximately 20–25 employees and work closely with other unit managers in the area. As a unit manager, you are responsible for ensuring that residents' care and service needs are met. You have responsibility for finances, personnel, and work environment, and you are part of the district's management group together with the operations manager and other unit managers. Our Care and Housing Facilities Central District Svaleboskogen offers 121 apartments for people with dementia and somatic care. The facility also has a restaurant open to the public. Vegahusen comprises 138 residential places in three buildings next to Slottsskogen. The facility offers both dementia and somatic care and has its own restaurant. Northeast District Gunnareds Care and Housing Facility is located in Angered Centrum and has 60 apartments. In spring 2027, a planned renovation of the building will begin. During the renovation period, operations will temporarily move to Möränga Street Care and Housing Facility. This means that as a unit manager, you will follow the move and during that time be part of the management group for Central. Lövgärdet Care and Housing Facility has units for general care and services, as well as for residents with dementia. Two of the units are for residents who speak Finnish. In total, there are 62 apartments here. About You You have a higher education degree of at least 120 higher education credits in care and services, social work, or behavioral science, or alternatively other education that the employer considers equivalent.
