JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We offer a developmental role where you collaborate with your colleagues to create a foundation for the facility. You will have personnel responsibility for 25-35 employees. Your goal as a manager is to create safety, trust, and quality for both employees and residents. As Unit Manager, you have responsibility for your personnel and their work environment, finances, follow-up, development, and communication for the operations. With openness and curiosity, you collaborate with colleagues and external parties to create good structure and further develop the strengths of the operations. Important focus areas for the future will be change management and digitalization, where you challenge and develop working methods together with your staff and management colleagues to drive person-centered care and services. As a new employee, you will receive a well-structured introduction program connected to the role and operational area. This is to create the best conditions moving forward. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who wants to contribute and develop as a manager. You have relevant academic education of 180 credits/120 points or alternative education or experience that the employer considers equivalent. For example, having worked in a leadership position in another organization with good results. You have experience with change management from previous work and are accustomed to leading through it. You have several years of experience in some way being a leader of a group and are comfortable using IT in your daily work. You are welcome to have experience working in a politically governed organization, and experience in healthcare is a plus. If you have other education in leadership or experience working as a manager with personnel, work environment, and budget, we consider that a merit. You are a driven leader who demonstrates trust, safety, and structure. You are courageous and have a strategic focus. Development work appeals to you. With your positive approach and competence, you tackle challenges in a professional manner. You thrive in relationship building and leading, collaborating, and working together comes naturally to you. You are a good listener and independent as a person with the ability to work toward set goals, analyze, and see the bigger picture.
