Unit Manager for Social Services Authority Operations About the Job Are you an experienced interim manager/social worker seeking new challenges and opportunities on a long or short-term basis as a consultant? Then we are looking for you! We are currently seeking a unit manager for social services authority operations for children and youth. This assignment is suitable for you if you have extensive management experience from social services and are confident handling complex cases. About the Assignment - Role: Unit Manager, authority operations for children and youth - Period: September 1–December 31, 2026, with the possibility of extension in two-month increments up to three times - Scope: Part-time Qualifications The assignment involves ensuring legally sound case management, a productive work environment, and stable leadership in an operation with high case complexity and many external contacts – legal counsel, supervisory authorities, police, schools, and health and medical care. The role includes personnel management and responsibility for ensuring that decisions and documentation meet high legal standards. Requirements - Social work degree or other relevant education - Management experience from similar operations in the near term, minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership position within social services - Strong knowledge of administrative law, public access to information and confidentiality legislation, and municipal operations - Experience with complex cases involving high levels of conflict, external scrutiny, and supervision Meritorious - Previous assignments as interim manager within social services or other authority-exercising operations - Experience with Lifecare What Does Läkarakuten Offer?
