ReBo has worked on behalf of social services since 1993, and we offer housing solutions for people who have fallen outside the regular housing market. We provide housing for people who need accommodation with support due to, for example, mental health issues or substance abuse problems. ReBo operates 200 housing places distributed across nine different units, both drug-free and symptom-tolerant facilities, and we work every day to support our clients toward good housing and independent living! Unit Manager sought for symptom-tolerant housing ReBo is now seeking a new unit manager/facility leader responsible for one of our symptom-tolerant, collective housing facilities. The facility has 34 places and framework agreements with Gothenburg and surrounding municipalities. As a unit manager, you will work directly with operations, where you can influence the quality and daily life of the housing. We are looking for someone who wants to maintain what we already have and also help develop ReBo further! The facility currently has a committed and competent team that is engaged with our target group and has well-established, functioning routines. It is important that you are skilled at prioritizing, organizing, completing, and following up. It is also important that you can work with both concrete and abstract tasks, have knowledge and experience with social services processes, and are familiar with our target group. The ability to maintain a respectful approach toward individuals' integrity is fundamental. The position requires a university degree in social work, social pedagogy, or behavioral science, with a minimum of 180 credits (or 120 credits under the previous system), plus two (2) years of documented professional experience working with clients. You also need experience in management, knowledge of substance abuse, mental health conditions, social problems, and preferably knowledge of various municipal resources. The position includes personnel responsibility with shared workplace safety responsibility, staffing, monitoring of interventions, and quality assurance work. Our unit managers typically supervise approximately 3-10 employees each. A driver's license (category B) is required. We hope we have captured your interest and look forward to your application!
