About Us
The Care and Services Office in Trosa Municipality consists of approximately 300 employees and about ten unit managers. Together, we are responsible for support, services and care according to the Social Services Act, LSS and HSL.
We work closely together and believe in leadership built on trust, collaboration and shared responsibility. As a manager with us, you become an important part of an experienced management team where we support each other, share experiences and together develop the entire operation.
About Häradsgården
Häradsgården is a special residential facility in Vagnhärad with approximately 40 engaged nursing assistants and care workers plus a coordinator. The operation is characterized by high competence – approximately 80 percent of employees are trained nursing assistants.
The current unit manager is moving on to a new position within the organization, giving you the opportunity to take over a stable operation and continue developing it together with the staff.
YOUR ASSIGNMENT
As a unit manager, you have overall responsibility for operations, personnel, work environment, finances and quality.
You lead and develop the operation with a focus on creating good conditions for employees to provide high-quality care to residents. You work systematically with quality development based on legislation, national guidelines and organizational goals.
Leadership is the core of the assignment. You are present in the operation, create clarity and build a culture where responsibility, participation and development go hand in hand.
You collaborate closely with other professionals and operations within the municipality and always keep the individual's best interests in focus.
You report to the Care and Services Manager and are part of an experienced management team where we collectively take responsibility for developing the entire Care and Services Office. You also have close support from HR, finance, communications and other support functions.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
To succeed in the role, we see that you have:
• Higher education that the employer assesses as relevant
• Several years of experience in management or leadership positions with responsibility for personnel, finances and operations
• Experience from municipal care and services is meritorious
• Experience from special housing for the elderly is meritorious
