Unit Manager at Rehab Nordost Täby - Licensed Dietitian, Occupational Therapist, or Physical Therapist

Rehab Nordost Täby is a region-operated primary care rehabilitation facility operating under the Vårdval Primärvårdsrehab model. We are located in Täby centrum and are a large clinic with approximately 40 employees. Within our scope of services, we offer clinic visits, home visits, and group activities. We have basic services, a neurology team, chiropractic care, and specialized physical therapy. Our staff consists of a diverse team of physical therapists, occupational therapists, chiropractors, dietitians, speech-language pathologist, social worker, and administrative personnel. Our operations are growing and constantly evolving, and we place great emphasis on good leadership. At our rehab facility, we have shared leadership, meaning two unit managers share the responsibility. As a unit manager, you will have overall responsibility for: Operations, staff, work environment, and finances within the unit Leading, planning, and monitoring operations based on assignments, goals, and quality requirements Developing work methods together with staff that strengthen patient safety and quality Promoting a good and health-promoting work environment and active staff engagement Ensuring collaboration with internal and external partners You will be part of the management team alongside unit managers for the primary care center and midwife clinic. You report directly to the operations manager. You will be responsible for approximately 15-20 employees and will work closely with your fellow unit manager. Job responsibilities: The role of unit manager involves close leadership with frequent daily contact with your staff. Primary care is constantly evolving with new assignments and new patient groups, where you as a unit manager work together with your staff to develop smart and efficient work methods and adapt operations to the prevailing conditions. Together with other managers in the organization, we maintain close collaboration between our operations. Clinical patient work is adapted based on your competence and the organization's needs. We work actively with quality, patient safety, work environment, and efficient workflows. Finding new work methods and improving care are constantly in focus. Qualifications: We are looking for someone who is licensed within one of the professions included in primary care rehabilitation services. You should have experience working in primary care and in leadership, and preferably experience leading multiprofessional teams. A valid driver's license is required. Employment type: Permanent employment in your base profession. As a unit manager, you will have a fixed-term management assignment. A probationary period may be applied. You have the ability to see solutions where others see obstacles. You have a genuine interest in leadership and a desire to be proactive in a changing organization.
