Unit Manager at Rehab Nordost Täby - Licensed Dietitian, Occupational Therapist, or Physical Therapist

Rehab Nordost Täby is a region-driven primary care rehabilitation facility operating under the Vårdval Primärvårdsrehab model. Located in Täby centrum, we are a large clinic with approximately 40 employees. Within our mandate, we offer clinic visits, home visits, and group activities. We provide base services, neurology team, chiropractic care, and specialized physical therapy. Our team consists of a diverse group of physical therapists, occupational therapists, chiropractors, dietitians, speech-language pathologist, social worker, and administrative staff. Our operations are growing and constantly evolving, with a strong focus on excellent leadership. Rehab operates with shared leadership, meaning two unit managers share the responsibility. As a unit manager, you will have overall responsibility for: - Operations, staff, work environment, and finances within the unit - Leading, planning, and monitoring operations based on mandate, goals, and quality requirements - Working together with staff to develop practices that strengthen patient safety and quality - Fostering a healthy and health-promoting work environment and active staff engagement - Ensuring collaboration with internal and external partners You will be part of the management team alongside unit managers for the health center and midwifery clinic. You report directly to the Operations Manager. You will be responsible for approximately 15-20 employees and work closely with your unit manager colleague. Part of your time will be spent in direct patient care. Duties: Working as a unit manager involves close leadership with frequent contact with your staff in daily operations. Primary care is constantly evolving with new mandates and patient groups, where you as a unit manager work with staff to develop smart and effective practices and adapt operations to current conditions. Together with other managers, we collaborate closely across all operations. Clinical patient work will be adjusted based on your expertise and operational needs. We actively work on quality, patient safety, work environment, and efficient workflows. Finding new approaches and improving care are constantly in focus. Qualifications: We are looking for someone who is licensed in one of the professions included in primary care rehabilitation's mandate. You should have experience working in primary care, leadership experience, and preferably experience leading multiprofessional teams. B-category driving license is required. Employment type: Permanent employment in your base profession. Your role as unit manager is a time-limited management assignment. A probationary period may apply. You have the ability to see solutions where others see obstacles. You have a passionate interest in leadership and a desire to be proactive in a changing environment.
