Your role with us We are looking for a unit manager who wants to take responsibility for our home care operations in Norrköping. You will be the hub that holds everything together – from staff and work environment to quality and cooperation with the municipality. Your task is to create structure, security, and a culture where warmth, respect, and professionalism are self-evident. The role includes: • Scheduling and staffing planning – you are responsible for ensuring that the right resources are in place at the right time. • Customer knowledge and relationship building – you ensure that every customer is met with compassion and individually tailored care. • Quick decisions and flexibility – you handle changes and acute situations with confidence and professionalism. • Leadership focused on quality – you create a work environment where both customers and employees feel secure. Requirements A degree in social work or other university education that the employer deems equivalent. Good knowledge of social law. At least 24 months of experience working in operations whose mission is based on the Social Services Act (SoL) and/or Health and Medical Services Act (HSL) and that are focused on elderly care, the disability sector, or equivalent as the client deems equivalent. Good knowledge of relevant legislation, regulatory requirements, and regulations within elderly care. Have the competence and knowledge for the target group so that you can serve as a mentor for employees. You are confident in your role, speak Swedish well, and have good knowledge of laws and regulations within health and care. You are welcome to speak multiple languages. B driver's license, must be stated in the application to proceed in recruitment. Very good local knowledge of Norrköping.
