JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a unit manager within home care, you will be part of the home care management group together with ten unit managers and a operations manager. In this role, you will be involved in developing and shaping common working methods for the entire home care operations. You have responsibility for operations, budget, and personnel for your unit and work closely with other units within the Social Services Department to achieve the best possible results. You lead based on trust-based management with a clear holistic perspective and create participation among employees and good collaboration with colleagues and other partners. At the Northern Unit, you will be one of three unit managers responsible for three care teams. The employees consist of nursing assistants and care attendants. Home care is facing a major development in working methods, and we are looking for you who want to be involved in implementing and developing the operations together with employees and stakeholders. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who has: • relevant university/higher education • documented management experience • B-class driver's license It is advantageous if you have: • management experience within home care • change management experience • knowledge of Finnish Great weight will also be placed on personal suitability, and we are looking for someone who wants to take on an important task and who is driven by development.
