We are now seeking an additional Unit Manager for home care services in the central parts of Enköping who wants to help shape the future of elderly care for Enköping residents! JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a unit manager, you are the hub of the operation and we work according to the salutogenic approach. You lead and develop work teams with responsibility for personnel, work environment, finances, and quality. With present leadership, you support and motivate employees, plan and follow up to achieve our goals, and create participation and engagement. You become part of a management team where collaboration is key. Within home care services, you work together with other managers, help build new structures, and are part of a new management team. Change management and development of working methods become a central part of your assignment. Your responsibilities include: • Lead and develop one or more work teams/units in accordance with laws, regulations, and common goals • Take responsibility for personnel, work environment, operations, and finances • Drive systematic quality work and follow up on results • Operational planning, budgeting, and resource allocation • Create participation and engagement in change initiatives • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who has: • Relevant university education or equivalent experience • Experience with leadership with responsibility for personnel and operations • Knowledge of legislation, work environment, and quality work • B-class driver's license • Fluent Swedish in speech and writing We place great emphasis on your personal competencies.
