Description The Health Center's mission is to offer regular health check-ups to companies and their employees, but we also serve private clients. We also operate a lifestyle clinic where clients receive guidance on diabetes and nutrition. The clinic has nine doctors, 14 nurses, and eight administrative staff. Our current unit manager is retiring, and we're seeking their successor. Responsibilities We are in an exciting development phase where we're investing in digitalization, innovation, and preventive health. Our goal is to offer high-quality, person-centered care while creating excellent opportunities for professional development and employee engagement. With us, you'll help develop new work methods, contribute to high patient safety, and make a difference in our patients' health. As unit manager, you'll have a central role in the operations with personnel responsibility for nurses and administrative staff. You'll lead and develop the clinic together with your colleagues in the management team. You'll be part of the Health Center's management group and Sophiahemmet AB's operational management group. Who Are You? You have a development-oriented perspective and are inspired by driving change and development initiatives that move the clinic and Sophiahemmet forward. You build strong teams and recognize the value in every employee. You have the ability to combine present leadership with clarity and structure, while being bold and unafraid to make decisions when needed. Qualifications We're looking for someone who has: Nursing license with at least 5 years of experience. Experience in leadership and personnel responsibility. Management training. Very good IT skills. Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. It is advantageous if you have experience in clinic operations, business development, quality management, and financial follow-up.
