Requirements
University degree as a physiotherapist, occupational therapist, or equivalent
At least 6 years of experience in municipal health and medical care/rehabilitation
At least 3 years of management experience in municipal or regional rehabilitation
Experience with operations, budget, personnel, and work environment responsibility
Good collaboration skills and documented strong leadership
Meritorious
Experience with similar interim assignments
Experience leading change and development initiatives

Lead a unit with 22 employees
Ensure operations, quality, and work environment
Participate in the management group and drive operations both operatively and strategically.
