Welcome to us Edö Care & Housing Facility is a modern and pleasant residential facility beautifully located by Lake Magelungen in Farsta strand. The facility has 107 apartments with a focus on both dementia and somatic care and offers safe, person-centered care in a home-like environment. Your role As a unit manager at Edö Care & Housing Facility, you have independent overall responsibility for operations, quality, finances, personnel, and work environment. You lead and develop the operation together with your employees and ensure care and support of high quality. You have personnel responsibility for approximately 30 employees. At Edö, there are three unit managers who together, with support from the area manager, drive the operation's development. As part of the management team, you work closely with your management colleagues and contribute to developing a well-functioning operation with focus on quality, collaboration, and continuous improvements. Your competence and experience We are looking for you who have: higher education as a social worker, in health care or another field that the employer deems relevant for the position current management/leadership experience in a relevant field, for example in elderly care, health care, or social services knowledge of current legislation such as the Social Services Act, the Work Environment Act, and labor law It is meritorious if you have: higher education in health care experience with operational, personnel, and budget responsibility experience communicating with customers within the target group.
