As a unit manager, you report to the operations manager within Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and participate in the operations' regional management group. We have close collaboration among us managers and lead together on multiple matters. You hold relevant higher education or university degree in healthcare or other education that the employer deems equivalent. Experience working in child and adolescent psychiatry, psychiatry, or pediatric care is a merit. It is also meritorious if you have previous experience in a management position with personnel, budget, and work environment responsibilities. What you will work with As unit manager for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry in Piteå, you lead the local work team with support from team leaders and clinic assistants. In your role as unit manager, you lead and allocate work at the clinic based on the operation's mandate. You actively work with staffing, operations development, patient safety, and budget within your operations. You work together with experienced and knowledgeable colleagues and managers, as well as collaborate with other internal and external parties such as municipalities in the region. Working hours are during daytime, Monday through Friday. Start date by agreement. Selection and interviews take place on an ongoing basis and the position may be filled before the final application deadline. The position is within psychiatry: Due to the nature of the operations and security requirements, applicants to our operations must be prepared to provide a criminal record certificate.
