You have relevant higher education or university training in healthcare or other education that the employer deems equivalent. If you have experience working in child and adolescent psychiatry, psychiatry, or pediatric care, that is a merit. What you will be working with As a unit manager at BUP Malmfälten, you will be a key person in shaping a sustainable and knowledge-based psychiatry, characterized by trust, participation, and shared responsibility. You lead with direction and courage, create conditions for employees to succeed, and drive development together with engaged colleagues—always with the child's best interest in focus. The operation is part of our regional clinic within Region Norrbotten. As unit manager, you report to the operational manager for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and are part of the operation's regional management group. We have close collaboration between management colleagues and lead jointly on several issues, and also collaborate with other internal and external parties such as the region's municipalities. As a unit manager, you also actively work with competence planning, patient safety, and financial management. Start date by agreement. Based on the nature of the operation and security requirements, you as an applicant to our operation must be prepared to provide an extract from the criminal record register. We conduct background checks prior to the employment decision in accordance with the provisions of the Act (2013:852) on background checks for persons working with children. Selection and interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis and the position may be filled before the final application deadline.
