The mission includes developing the agency's control systems, identifying and managing deviations, and analyzing and addressing risks. 1 position(s). DUTIES Do you want to lead and develop an operation that contributes to safe and legally secure business practices? Bolagsverket is now seeking a Unit Manager for Unit 3 (Phase-Out) within the Crime Prevention Department. This is an opportunity for you who want to combine present-focused leadership with business development in a socially important operation. As a Unit Manager, you are responsible for the unit's operations, budget, results, personnel, and work environment. The unit has approximately 15 employees. You lead, monitor, and develop the operation with a focus on quality, legal security, and efficiency. Your duties include ensuring that the operation achieves its goals and driving business development within your area of responsibility. You are also responsible for leading, developing, and monitoring employees' work, as well as creating conditions for a sustainable work environment and good results. You report to the Department Manager and are part of the department's management team. Together with other managers, you are responsible for developing the operation and implementing the department's mission. Bolagsverket continues to develop its crime prevention work, which means the operation is undergoing change. Therefore, you need to thrive in a development-oriented environment and be comfortable with the fact that assignments, working methods, and priorities may evolve over time. Based on the operation's requirements and needs, Bolagsverket offers the possibility of remote work. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have: • an academic degree relevant to the position or other experience that the employer considers equivalent. • at least three years of current experience as a manager with personnel, budget, and results responsibility. • experience leading operations with responsibility for both long-term development and daily delivery. • experience creating collaboration and building good relationships across organizational boundaries. • strong ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish and English. We consider it advantageous if you have: • experience in management and leadership within public sector operations. • experience in business economics, accounting, consulting, or other activities closely linked to business owners' needs. • experience leading development projects with elements of digitalization or IT development.
