About Us Aleris ASIH (Advanced Healthcare at Home) is part of the Primary Care business area, which also includes Basic Home Healthcare, Rehab Station, and Uppsala Närakut. Within ASIH, we meet patients with complex and often life-threatening conditions who need qualified care outside hospitals. At ASIH Söderort, a multidisciplinary team of nurses, nursing assistants, social workers, occupational therapists, physical therapists, dietitians, and physicians work closely together and support each other with their expertise and genuine commitment to our patients and one another. As a unit manager at ASIH Söderort, you lead the team together with a specialist physician and are the direct manager of a team of approximately 10 nurses and 1 nursing assistant. The Role As a unit manager, you play a key role in creating conditions for a well-functioning, secure, and high-quality operation. You're responsible for the whole picture – from finances and results to work environment, quality, and your team members. You lead the daily work and drive the operation forward. You plan, prioritize, and follow up while being present in the operation and close to your team members. Your leadership contributes to structure, clarity, and job satisfaction as you create an environment where employees feel secure to develop and take responsibility. Your clinical experience is an important part of your role as you have the ability to support in complex care situations, make qualified assessments, and serve as a natural sounding board for the team. You'll become part of an experienced and supportive management team where collaboration and knowledge sharing are a natural part of everyday work. About You We're looking for someone who is a confident and reflective leader with a genuine interest in people. You have the ability to see the big picture and create direction toward common goals while being responsive and present in your leadership. You are: • A registered nurse, preferably a specialist nurse • Experienced in a management or leadership position, preferably within healthcare • It's meritious if you have prior experience within ASIH, oncology, or similar operations • Structured and clear as a person, with good communication skills. You can prioritize and make decisions and see change as a natural part of your work.
