Together we do great work and we do it well. We are now seeking a unit manager for the municipality's largest nursing home, Kaitumgården. The nursing home has 46 care places, and the position involves responsibility for two departments as well as the night shift team. 1 position(s). WORK DUTIES As a unit manager, you will be part of the operations manager's management group together with four other unit managers. You work closely together and collectively contribute to developing the operations. You share management responsibility for Kaitumgården with a unit manager colleague and are responsible for operations, personnel, work environment, and finances within your area of responsibility. In this role, you collaborate with employees, colleagues, union representatives, and other professionals to ensure high-quality operations. The assignment requires commitment, drive, and clear leadership to lead and develop the operations. Together with your employees, you create conditions for residents to receive support, care, and healthcare based on their individual needs and wishes, in accordance with the Social Services Act and the Health and Medical Care Act. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with education in healthcare and elderly care, preferably as a nursing assistant, and with experience in leadership within healthcare and elderly care operations. Previous experience in management roles is an advantage. You are quality-conscious and work systematically to ensure that operations meet set goals and quality requirements. You have good administrative skills and experience with personnel planning. Experience with the Time Care scheduling system is an advantage. You have good digital competence and feel confident using and developing digital work methods. You are curious about new technology and enjoy contributing to operational development by both learning new things and sharing your knowledge with others. As a leader, you are confident in making decisions and can act even when circumstances are complex or information is limited. You have good analytical skills, see connections, and can prioritize the right issues at the right time. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities. You are engaged, positive, and relationship-building, with a strong ability to collaborate and create trusting relationships. Through your leadership, you contribute to a good working climate both in your unit and in the management group. You have a solution-oriented approach and see opportunities rather than obstacles. A category B driver's license is required. Employment form: Permanent employment. Duration: Permanent, start date: According to agreement. Probation may be applied.
