Now we are facing an exciting operational change where we are investing for the future. To better meet the residents' needs and develop a more close, accessible and cohesive care, we are dividing elderly care into two specializations. In this role, you will become a unit manager within elderly care with a focus on support in ordinary housing – a key position in our continued development work. You will have the opportunity to shape and lead an operation in change, together with committed colleagues who want to move forward. And not least, you want to develop together and meet the new Social Services Act with curiosity, courage and energy.

WORK TASKS
As a unit manager for support in ordinary housing, you have a task to drive, develop and follow up operations based on set goals together with employees. You have responsibility for operations, finances, personnel and work environment. You handle both strategic and operational matters related to the operational area. You lead and distribute the daily work for your employees. You are present in your leadership and have the ability to engage, motivate and strengthen your employees and give them support and guidance. You identify needs for skills development, changed working methods and routines. Planning and prioritization are a natural part of your work and keeping to set deadlines.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who has a degree or other higher education as a social worker, behavioural scientist, nurse, occupational therapist or other education that the employer deems relevant. You have previous experience working as a manager with responsibility for operations, finances, personnel and work environment. You have good knowledge of legislation such as the Social Services Act and the Health and Medical Care Act. To carry out the assignment, we see it as desirable that you have experience of working in politically controlled operations as well as development and change work. We would also like you to have experience with relevant IT systems for us. You have good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written. A B-driver's license for manual transmission is a requirement.
As a manager, you are experienced in leading and motivating employees and ensuring the conditions required to collectively achieve operational goals. As a person, you have an ability to create engagement and participation in work. You are attentive and good at communicating and create good cooperation with employees, other managers and internal and external parties. You are independent and structured in your work and identify and organize the resources needed to perform tasks that lead to results. Furthermore, we see that you have a good ability to make decisions and adapt when conditions change.
Salary form: Monthly salary.
Type of employment: Permanent employment.
Duration: Permanent, start date: By agreement.
In this recruitment, we use work psychological tests to gain an objective and in-depth understanding of how you act in work-related situations. Interviews for this recruitment will be conducted in weeks 33 and 34.
