We are now seeking an engaged and confident manager who wants to lead, drive, and develop our operations in Valdemarsvik. The assignment includes the following activities: residential and short-term services for children under the LSS, residential support, and day activities. Follow-up responsibility for external placements is also included in the assignment. 1 position(s). DUTIES As a manager within services supporting persons with disabilities, you are responsible for translating overarching goals into concrete and clear objectives. You plan and organize both the daily operational work and the more strategic and long-term development work. You have overall responsibility for operations and employees. QUALIFICATIONS We believe you are a kind, curious, and learning-oriented leader who thrives in an operation with many parallel processes. You are clear and transparent in your communication and have the ability to be a stable link between operations, management, and external stakeholders. We are looking for someone who: • Has the ability to juggle many tasks and create structure • Sees and considers the big picture but drives your area with determination • Protects the operation's interests and communicates them in a constructive manner • Is innovative and sees opportunities, preferably with an interest in technical solutions and innovation • Has good self-awareness, leads yourself well, and is open about your development areas • Is present, attentive, and accessible • Has relevant university education for the position Employment form: Permanent employment.
