We are future-proofing Partille Municipality and are now seeking a new unit manager for Kullegårdens äldreboende. Are you interested in joining us? The area you'll manage as unit manager is Kullegårdens äldreboende, where you have responsibility for goals, budget, and staff, and lead the operation forward. You'll work alongside another unit manager. You'll be part of the department's management group for elder care with the department head and unit managers, where we continuously work to develop our entire elder care service.
Qualifications
We're looking for someone with relevant higher education in healthcare and care, social work, behavioral science, or other education that the employer deems relevant for the position. To handle the complexity of the role, you must have previous experience in a unit manager role or equivalent position, preferably within municipal administration. Previous experience as a unit manager within elder care is a merit.

Your New Workplace
Kullegårdens äldreboende is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Sävedalen. Here there are units for people with physical care and support needs as well as units for people with dementia. The facility has a total of 58 apartments.
Good to Know
For management recruitments, Partille Municipality applies work-psychological tests and background checks.
A work-psychological test will be sent upon invitation to the first interview.
First interviews are scheduled to be held at the municipal office on September 16th (afternoon) and September 18th (morning). In-depth interviews are scheduled to be held at the municipal office on September 24th (afternoon) and September 25th (afternoon).
