About the role
As Unit Manager you report to the department's immediate supervisor and are part of the management group for ordinary housing together with nine other unit manager colleagues. You have personnel responsibility for approximately 35 full-time employees and budget responsibility for the unit. To help you, you have a part-time planning coordinator and several support functions centrally.
Main duties
Build trust and security among employees
Ensure balanced finances and monitor budget work
Personnel planning and scheduling
Staff meetings and employee care
Quality monitoring with focus on the care recipient
Build structure and routines in the work group
Communicate and anchor decisions at different levels in the organization

Absolute requirements
Experience from care/healthcare
Swedish in speech and writing
Driver's license
Meritorious
Education within the social work program or similar
Worked in a leading position
Good computer skills (a requirement – specific systems can be learned)
