JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As Unit Manager for Facilities Services, you are responsible for leading, developing and monitoring the facilities services operations. To assist you, you have three team leaders and approximately 80 facilities staff members who have you as their direct manager. You work closely with your team members and create a work environment where well-being, participation and collaboration are in focus. The team leaders are responsible for their respective teams and handle the daily operational business matters with your support. You drive change initiatives and development of working methods in an organization that has the ambition to be at the forefront of facilities services.
