Responsibilities
The Care, Support, and Investigation (VSU) department is responsible for the municipality's authority over social assistance and healthcare within municipal primary care. This also includes short-term housing, respite care, day activities, preventive measures, family caregiver support, and staffing services. We work based on legislation, governing documents, and a clear person-centered approach.
As a unit manager for Municipal Primary Care, you lead an engaged team of nurses. The work group is responsible for Evening, Night, LSS, Psychiatry, and the development team.
You are responsible for:
Planning, monitoring, and developing operations according to our goals for quality, accessible care, and preventive workforce development.
Ensuring that services are equitable, effective, and based on patients' needs.
Leading the implementation of processes in collaboration with your team and colleagues.
Working strategically with competency development, including through networks, our development team, and digital platforms.
Ensuring that employees have a good work environment and leading an attractive workplace.
Through internal and external collaboration, create the best conditions for residents in need of care and support.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse. You should have experience with leadership in care and health services. Experience with leadership in Municipal Primary Care is a merit. You should be comfortable leading change work and have good collaboration skills. You should also have a genuine interest in developing accessible care in collaboration with other actors.
A driver's license (category B) is required.
Recruiting begins after the application deadline; interviews are scheduled for August 19 and 21.
