About the Operation The clinics are part of the Surgery and Orthopedics business area within Hospitals in the West. We provide specialized outpatient care including assessment, treatment, follow-up, and consultation in surgery, orthopedics, urology, and oncology. Through close collaboration between different professions and levels of care, we offer care with high accessibility, good patient safety, and high quality. About the Position As a Unit Manager, you have overall responsibility for personnel, work environment, finances, and operations at the clinics. You have personnel responsibility for nurses, nursing assistants, and medical secretaries. The staff group consists of approximately 20 employees. Together with the Medical Director, who is responsible for the physician group, you lead and develop the operation based on shared goals. As a Unit Manager, you play a central role in both operational and strategic work. Through close collaboration with employees and manager colleagues, you create the conditions for a well-functioning operation. You actively work to develop the operation, strengthen employee engagement, and ensure person-centered care. As a Unit Manager, you are part of the business area's management group and report to the Operations Manager. Qualifications We are looking for someone who has: Experience in management or leadership within healthcare Ability to analyze results and drive improvement and development work Good administrative skills and experience working with digital business systems Meritorious Licensure within healthcare Experience in outpatient clinic operations Who Are You?
