Försäkringskassan is responsible for administering state dental care support and ensuring that regulations are followed. Dental Care Audit operates at several locations in Sweden and we are in an exciting development phase. We will have 7 units with approximately 120 auditors by 2026. We are now seeking an experienced and goal-oriented unit manager for our audit unit in Gothenburg. You will join a management group that drives and develops the operation together. Close leadership, change, sustainable workplace As a unit manager, you are the leader closest to your employees and operations. You are responsible for leading and driving daily work based on your unit's mission and goals, with state values guiding your work. Through your leadership, you communicate clear expectations, follow up on goals, and provide your employees with the right conditions to take responsibility. You have personnel responsibility as well as results and follow-up responsibility for the teams in your unit. Your unit consists of approximately 20 employees who work with auditing state dental care support and are based in Gothenburg. Through close leadership, you create the predictability, security, and sustainability necessary for employees to take responsibility and meet the need for change. You create understanding of context, direction, and the goals your unit has set, and you develop the plans your operation needs. As a unit manager, you support the area manager and are part of the area's management group consisting of unit managers, controllers, HR, and administrative assistants, where you contribute your expertise and commitment. You adapt and exercise your leadership in a way that enables employees to use their judgment and competence. This position involves handling classified information, which requires high standards of proper handling. Therefore, it is important that you have strong security awareness.
