About the position As a unit manager in our line organization, you will lead approximately 25 employees and consultants and create conditions for your team to create value in our agile network organization. You have personnel, operational, and budget responsibility for the unit. You report to the section manager and are part of the section's management group, which currently consists of 2 units. In your role as unit manager, your most important task is to create conditions for your employees, both as individuals and as teams, to work and develop in the right direction. About the unit The Interoperability Architecture and UX unit is responsible for developing sector architecture and interoperability architecture for information exchange between actors in the sector. The unit is also responsible for IT architecture within the department's area of operations and for work within the national architecture council. Additionally, the unit is responsible for digital accessibility, UI/UX, and service design related to the department's digital services. You will be part of the Digital Infrastructure Department, Service Development Section. The department has approximately 130 employees and is responsible for coordinating a national digital infrastructure, and for the development of healthcare, social services, and dental care's shared digital information supply nationally and internationally. About you We are looking for someone who is confident and clear in your leadership. You are collaboration-oriented and build relationships at all levels of the organization. You lead in times of change and bring ideas on how operations and individuals can develop. In your change management, you are strategic and take a holistic perspective. It is self-evident for you to take responsibility for both your own work and decisions made. We are looking for you who have: - academic education of at least 180 ECTS credits (120 credits in the previous system) as a civil engineer or systems scientist, or equivalent professional experience - current experience as a manager - current experience with agile working methods - experience coordinating development work and interoperability architecture - very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing It is advantageous for the position if you have: - experience working in the healthcare, health, or care sector - experience working with information exchange in an ecosystem with different types of actors - experience in software development, either by having worked as a systems developer yourself, or by having worked closely with development teams - experience with strategic architecture work, such as within an EA function What do we offer?
