We are now strengthening our organization with a newly established unit that will drive and develop the agency's strategic methodological support within GRC and our central continuity efforts. Here you will have a key role in shaping the structure, establishing common frameworks, and ensuring our ability to maintain critical deliveries in a changing environment. Close leadership, change, sustainable workplace As a unit manager, you are the manager who works closest to employees and operations. You are responsible for leading and driving daily work according to your department's mandate and goals, with public service values permeating your work. Through your leadership, you convey clear expectations, follow up on goals, and provide your employees with the right conditions to take responsibility. You have personnel responsibility as well as results and follow-up responsibility for your unit. You also represent the Swedish Social Insurance Agency in external collaborations. Your unit is under development and consists of employees working with support for regulatory compliance, continuity, and preparedness issues. All employees are based in Sundsvall. Through close leadership, you create the predictability, security, and sustainability necessary for employees to take responsibility and meet the need for change. You create understanding of context, direction, and the targets the department has set, and you develop the plans your operations need. As a unit manager, you are a support to the area manager and you participate in the area's management team where you contribute your expertise and commitment. You adapt and exercise your leadership in a way that creates conditions for employees to use their judgment and competence. The position involves handling classified information, which places high demands on proper handling. Therefore, it is important that you have high security awareness. It is a job for someone who wants to take responsibility.
