About the position The unit is responsible for the Swedish eHealth Agency's application and database operations as well as SOC work. As a manager, you are responsible for delivering IT infrastructure and related IT operations that enable all of the agency's services. The unit works in both traditional line structures and agile teams. You report to the department manager and are part of the department's management group. In your role as unit manager with us, your most important task is to set a vision, develop, communicate, and deliver the unit's mission. You create conditions for your employees, both as individuals and as teams, to work and develop in the right direction. We are an organization in growth and change, and you are a key person in creating confidence in the path forward. You work closely with your peer managers and you support each other. You belong to the Digital Strategy and Platform department. In addition to operations and support, we are responsible for the agency's shared digital platform, IT strategy, and portfolio management. This includes establishing and maintaining shared governing and supporting structures and frameworks. About you We are looking for someone who is confident and clear in your leadership. You are collaboration-oriented and build relationships at all levels of the organization. You lead through change and bring ideas on how operations and individuals can develop. In your change management, you are strategic and take a holistic perspective. It is self-evident for you to take responsibility for both your own work and decisions made. We are looking for you who have: academic education of at least 180 credits (120 old credits) in a relevant field or equivalent work experience experience working in leadership within IT multiple years of experience in managing complex IT environments multiple years of experience managing 24/7 services multiple years of experience working with IT infrastructure. It is advantageous for the position if you have: experience delivering mission-critical services experience leading or working in a SOC function experience leading within ITIL processes experience with agile working methods.
