We provide health-promoting and treatment interventions based on each individual's unique needs and circumstances, and have specialist knowledge about how functional disabilities can affect daily life, health, and development. About the Position Rehabilitation Mölndal is a clinic providing care and support to children and youth up to 18 years old with mobility impairment. In your role as unit manager of the clinic, you will continue to develop the operations as the clinic is newly established from about a year ago. Organization and change management are important parts of the work. You plan, lead, and develop the operations with the patient in focus based on Rehabilitation & Health's goals. Your management responsibilities include: Responsibility for the unit's operations and development Personnel and work environment responsibility Drive work around structure and working methods that contribute to increased quality and efficiency Represent the unit in regional contexts and various forums with collaboration partners Responsibility for the unit's finances and budget work Responsibility for competence procurement and competence development within the unit You have personnel responsibility for approximately 25 employees, and together with another unit manager, you drive the daily operations of the clinic. Work environment and development work for the unit is conducted in close dialogue with your management colleague and with participation from employees. You report to the department manager and are part of the department's management group. Your base location is at the clinic in Mölndal. Approximately 50 employees work here in multiprofessional teams with broad expertise and high commitment, in roles such as administrators, occupational therapists, dietitians, physiotherapists, social workers, speech-language pathologists, physicians, psychologists, nurses, and special educators. About You We are looking for someone with at least three years of higher education in healthcare. It is meritorious if you have completed leadership training. You have previous management experience in public healthcare, and we would like to see that you have worked in children's services and/or have further education in pediatric medicine. You have previous experience leading through change and developing operations.
